NIAL ART
/
NIAL ART Boutique Law Firm is made up of two unique specimens in the world of art law: Isabel Niño and Beatriz Niño.
This boutique law firm is the result of two passions: The love for law that is driving them since they first discovered this world and the love for art instilled in them since their childhood and developed over the years; a combination of interests that drives them towards a more thorough study, strengthening and professionalization of the world of art.
The lawyers provide a knowledge of law that has never before been put forward with regard to works of art, to artists and to all the agents in the art scene, which makes them the specialists of reference in plastic arts at a national and international level.
A work of nearly 30 years of researching and delving into these matters allows them to address all fields of art law. This makes both aspects, law and art, grow and strengthen thanks to their academic, professional and personal contributions.
Their long career and training make them the most experienced and consolidated law firm in the field of art law in Spain, with an international presence and renown, and the first boutique law firm offering a unique, exclusive and exemplary client service.
Their expertise in art law allows them to collaborate nationally and internationally in:
/ Teaching and training:
Authors of numerous scholarly and opinion articles. They are often invited as speakers to different meetings of their specialty and as teachers at universities and art and law schools.
/ Initiatives in CCR (Corporate Cultural Responsibility):
They participate in the Josep Santacreu Foundation, which has, as one of its purposes, the promotion of art by persons with intellectual disabilities, mental illnesses and other kind of disadvantaged groups. They also collaborate with other non-profit projects to strengthen culture and society, with a focus on Marcel Duchamp’s idea of “reconciling art with the people”.
/ Collaborations in media:
Regular collaborations in well-known magazines of the world of art: BONART, Tendencias del Mercado del Arte, Horizontes del arte en España, Banco Santander, Interartiv, Revista Capital and Lefebvre.
