  1. Purpose of the collection and processing of data

 NIAL has the duty to inform its website users about any collection of personal data that may take place, either by sending an email or when filling in the forms included in the website. In this regard, NIAL shall be considered the controller of the data collected by the means described above.

NIAL also informs the users that the purpose of the data processing includes: replying to the users’ requests, including them in their address book, providing services and managing the commercial relationship, as well as sending information and offers related to the requested information.

This letter or email must contain the following information: The user’s full name, address and the justifying information and request to exercise the relevant right.

These rights may be exercised by the user or by his heir or legal representative. In this case, the person intending to exercise the rights must produce documents proving his representative authority, acceptance of inheritance or power of attorney.

You are also hereby informed that you may file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you deem your rights have been infringed.
